Hall Rental

The West Falls Fire Hall is available for rental for private events, community gatherings, meetings, and other functions.

How to Apply

  1. For availability, please view the calendar below.
  2. Download and complete the Fire Hall Rental Application linked below.
  3. Include:
    • Signed Application
    • $250 Deposit
    • Certificate of Insurance with a minimum $500,000 liability coverage (Aurora Colden Fire District No. 6 must be named as “Additional Insured”)
    • New York State Liquor Authority Permit (if alcohol will be served)
  4. Reutrn your complete packet by:
    • Mail: 1864 Davis Road, West Falls, NY 14170
    • In-Person: Thursday Evenings between 7-8 PM at the Fire Hall

Your application will be reviewed for approval by the Board of Fire Commissioners and the West Falls Fire Company Executive Board.

Please do not advertise your event until you receive official confirmation.
